Pricing

All prices on the Rêver Watches website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) unless otherwise indicated.

 

Shipping

Rêver Watches ships worldwide from our Melbourne studio and any shipping charges are visible at checkout. Once payment has been received we will usually dispatch your order within 1 business day. 

We offer free shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Standard, with a delivery time of 3-5 business days to most locations within major cities. Express post is available as an option for an additional charge. 

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard, with an approximate delivery time of 7 business days and full tracking included. Please note Customs delays may cause slightly longer delivery times for international orders. You may also be responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred. No local pick-up for orders is accepted.

Shipping charges (based on a single item purchase) are as follows;

Australia - $FREE Standard Post or $10.00 for Express Post.
New Zealand - $10.00
Asia - $15.00
North America - $15.00
Europe - $20.00

Warranty

For all warranty claims and claim procedures, please contact warranty@reverwatches.com and your request will be handled promptly. There is a 12 month warranty period against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase - however please refer to the detailed terms and condition specified on your warranty card to ensure that you are eligible before making a claim.

 

Returns

  1. Rêver Watches has a return policy where any brand new product may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of being received.
  2. The product must be returned in brand new unworn condition within original packaging. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
  3. Once we receive the product back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund or store credit will be issued.
  4. Please contact our customer service team via returns@reverwatches.com with your full name, order number and details of the return so we may assist you promptly.
